Vichnet recently partnered with Haiyan Rural Commercial Bank to support their data center construction. The focus was on two key areas: cabling systems and cabinet security protection.
01| Cabling Systems
The project used a combination of wire mesh cable trays, cable fasteners, and fiber optic trays. The open design of the wire mesh trays allows for better heat dissipation, protection from pests, and easier installation and maintenance, making it ideal for data centers with stringent environmental requirements. Cable fasteners ensured cables were neatly organized, reducing the risk of damage, while the enclosed fiber optic trays provided added protection and easy scalability.
02| Fencing and Security
Vichnet installed a 2.5-meter-high fencing system, with 50 centimeters of the fence placed beneath the raised floor and covered with protective panels. This design maintained a clean environment while minimizing safety hazards. Security doors with integrated access control and magnetic safety switches ensured that only authorized personnel could access critical areas, enhancing both physical security and data protection.
