In accordance with the customer’s requirements, the equipment testing area features an aluminum alloy fence assembled with aluminum profiles embedded with wire mesh, with red used as the highest level warning color. Additionally, silver-white color is used to meet visibility requirements for the hazard zone, ensuring that the hazard area can be observed at all times and any emergencies can be promptly addressed.
For safety protection, a set of interlocking devices is integrated into the secondary control system, including safety switches and alarm devices, to facilitate signal interaction. This setup allows for the transmission of a signal to the control system for equipment shutdown when the safety gate is opened, reducing the risk in the hazard zone.
In the equipment testing area design, four single-leaf sliding doors are incorporated to facilitate the placement and retrieval of processed parts by operators and for the regular maintenance of equipment. The height of the sliding doors at the equipment entry and exit points is aligned with the equipment’s height, ensuring unobstructed opening and closing of the doors while also conserving materials.
