Cabling project for facility and equipment construction project

The project utilized products from VICH including wire mesh cable trays, fiber optic cable trays, and wire clamps. The installation featured multi-layered suspension of steel angle brackets and fiber optic troughs at the ceiling. The flexible design of the grid cable trays enabled on-site fabrication of 90-degree bends for cable routing. Combined with wire clamps, this approach ensured a neat and aesthetically pleasing wiring configuration.

The project utilized VICH’s cable trays and perimeter fencing products. For wiring, wire mesh cable trays were combined with wire organizers and fiber optic cable trays. A 2.5-meter-high fence was installed, with 50 centimeters positioned beneath the electrostatic floor. The perimeter’s security doors feature access control integrated with magnetic locks, which interconnect with the data center’s access system to enable stricter access management.

A data center cable tray project

This project employs VICH wire mesh cable trays as the backbone cabling system, complemented by aluminum alloy cable trays for layered wiring. Cable organizers ensure orderly cable management. The combination of fiber optic cable trays and cable trunking achieves standardized separation between high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installations. Special high-strength aluminum alloy brackets are used for cabinet top mounting, ensuring the entire cabling system not only meets functional requirements but also delivers a clean and aesthetically pleasing visual presentation.

Fence project of data center in Nanjing

This project developed a comprehensive enclosure solution for two rows of 13-meter-long cabinets in a data center facility in Nanjing. To meet the client’s stringent requirements for stability and containment, we implemented a dual-track system combining overhead and floor rails. This configuration ensures both structural integrity and smooth operation of overhead doors. All mesh panel mounting brackets feature the same black finish as the cabinets, creating a secure, compliant, and visually harmonious workspace environment.

Zhonglian Green Big Data Industrial Base cable tray project

The Zhonglian Green Big Data Industrial Base stands as the world’s largest standalone data center and the first to receive the industry’s prestigious 5A-certified “Carbon Neutral Data Center Leader” award. For this project, VICH’s wire mesh cable trays, ladder-type cable trays, cable trunks, and perforated cable trays were extensively utilized. To achieve color harmony with the data center’s overall interior, each cable tray was specially customized in matching hues, ensuring complete visual consistency throughout the facility.

Panxi big data cable tray project

The Panxi Big Data Project is dedicated to transforming the Panxi Big Data Industrial Park into a demonstration zone for hydropower consumption in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, a model of green high-energy-consuming industries, and a benchmark green data center along the China-Myanmar corridor. The project extensively utilized fiber optic cable trays from VICH. The data center features a dual-layer installation system combining fiber optic cable trays and aluminum alloy trays, with the fiber trays mounted on aluminum alloy trays side, achieving an aesthetically pleasing and professional appearance.

A data center project in Zhejiang

The project extensively utilized VICH’s bent edge wire mesh cable trays, fiber optic cable trays, and cable clamps. The specifications required mixed-thickness T-shaped bends, ABS material for fiber optic cable trays, and an unpredictable number of cable clamps. To meet client demands, we proactively sent relevant samples based on site conditions and provided tailored solutions, ensuring smooth project execution throughout.

The Guian Huawei Cloud Data Center Project

The Guian Huawei Cloud Data Center project utilized large-capacity fiber optic cable trays and a high-strength aluminum alloy cable tray system. To address the project’s massive cabling requirements, we specifically selected large-scale cable trays and configured numerous large active fiber outlets. Confronting the high load-bearing challenges posed by multi-level installation of large-scale cable trays, VICH Technology successfully met the data center’s high-load and highly reliable cabling demands through its stringent quality control system.

Zhanjiang Airport computer room project

In this project,VICH implemented a top-hung wire mesh cable tray system. By utilizing specialized suspension brackets, the team established a dual-layer installation framework for fiber optic cable trays. The engineering team ingeniously leveraged the flexible design of the wire mesh structure to create precisely 90-degree curved cable runs on-site. Combined with the application of wire clamps, the final installation achieved an aesthetically clean and visually organized cabling solution.

The Smart City Data Center project in Changsha City

The Smart City Data Center project in Changsha City adopted VICH’s large-scale wire mesh cable tray system with a dual-layer suspension design. This configuration imposes stringent requirements on the cable tray’s load-bearing capacity, as it must not only meet conventional wiring needs but also withstand the additional stress from the dual-layer structure.
