On March 19, a delegation led by Li Guohong, Director of the Economic Committee of Ningbo Municipal CPPCC, visited Vich Technology for a special research session themed “How ‘Brand Quality Standards + Intellectual Property’ Empower New Productive Forces.” Participants included Wu Qiufang, Deputy Director of the Municipal Culture and History Research Institute; Hu Xiaofeng, Deputy Director of the Municipal Market Supervision Administration; Li Shenghua, Director of the Standardization Department; and Zhang Yan, Deputy Director of the High-Tech Zone Branch. At the symposium, Director Li commended Vich’s achievements in quality management and standardization. He stated the research aimed to “gain deep insights into corporate needs regarding brand building, quality enhancement, and IP application through government-enterprise collaboration.” Emphasizing that “brand, quality, standards, and IP are pivotal to Ningbo’s new productive forces,” he encouraged enterprises to “strengthen standardization, elevate product quality through high standards, and transform IP into competitive advantages.” The CPPCC will consolidate feedback to refine policies.
