Amid the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the “First Ningbo AI Leadership Implementation Camp” was successfully held at Vich Technology Headquarters on February 22-23. The event aimed to help senior executives master cutting-edge AI trends, enhance strategic decision-making capabilities, and empower enterprises to stand out in the intelligent era.
The event was co-organized by Wen Dabai AI Leadership Academy, Ningbo Overseas Chinese Federation Youth Entrepreneurship Association, and Ningbo Vich Technology Co., Ltd., with the Ningbo Intelligent Manufacturing Association as a supporting partner. It attracted over 100 participants, including representatives from technology and intelligent manufacturing enterprises and Vich employees, to jointly explore innovative ways AI can reshape work scenarios, particularly in industrial AI applications.
Course Highlights: Theory Meets Practice to Empower Business Leaders
The course featured AI leadership expert Wen Bin (Wen Dabai) from Fudan School of Management, Fudan International Finance College, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of International and Public Affairs, and East China University of Political Science and Law as the lecturer. The curriculum covered AI awareness, application integration, transformation strategies, intelligent agent development, and using AIGC to tell China’s stories. It adopted a hands-on teaching model combining “theory + case studies + practice + workshops + results presentation” to systematically understand AI and analyze the boundaries and strategic value of AI tools.
Day 1: Participants trained in AI practical skills like the “Three-Step Prompt Method” and “Multi-AI Collaborative Workflow,” quickly mastering tools like Kimi, Doubao, and DeepSeek, as well as intelligent agent development, while understanding the significance of agents and digital employees.
Day 2: Focused on AI strategy implementation, analyzing case studies of “AI Digital Employees” in enterprises and cutting-edge scenarios like “Using AIGC to Tell Brand Stories,” while simulating corporate AI transformation paths through workshops. The “human-machine symbiosis” concept was emphasized throughout, highlighting AI as not just an efficiency tool but a strategic partner in reshaping production relations and enabling second-curve growth.
AI Leadership “Five Competencies Model”: Reshaping Productivity and Production Relations
The course innovatively proposed the “Five Competencies Model” of AI leadership:
1. AI Awareness: Understanding the core value and application scenarios of AI.
2. AI Strategy: Formulating AI strategies to empower enterprise transformation.
3. AI Change Management: Driving organizational change to meet intelligent era demands.
4. AI Innovation: Leveraging AI to unlock innovative potential.
5. AI Innovation: Leveraging AI to unlock innovative potential.
Wen Bin emphasized: “The essence of AI leadership lies in how leaders utilize, integrate, and guide AI to maximize empowerment for organizations, teams, and individuals, thereby reshaping productivity and production relations.” He noted that while AI expands human boundaries, critical thinking and creativity remain vital.
Interactive Learning and Tangible Outcomes
Participants actively engaged, raising questions about AI tools, which the lecturer addressed in detail. Attendees praised the course for its rich content and practicality, stating they gained new insights into future work methodologies.
“I used AI tools to generate a market report on industrial safety fencing—a task that previously took hours now takes minutes. AI shows immense potential even in specialized fields like industrial safety,” shared a Vich participant.
Through this training, Vich Technology, an expert in industrial intelligent safety, has preliminarily developed an AI strategy-to-implementation solution to help enterprises achieve both safety and efficiency in the intelligent era.
Leadership Commitment
Vich Chairwoman Wen Lijun emphasized in her speech:
“We must go all in on AI—symbiosis with AI is inevitable for future development. This is not just a technological shift but a strategic and cultural transformation. AI-driven enterprise transformation requires full participation, especially from top leadership. As leaders, we must personally drive AI adoption, ensuring every role deeply integrates with AI to jointly explore innovation.”
